11kV 400sqmm AL 3C XLPE 15kA/1sec Cable

ACES manufactured, tested and supplied 11kV 400mm2 AL 3C XLPE compliant to Ausgrid specifications as part of a new high voltage customer network project for the University of New South Wales. The cable was used in the creation of two new points of supply to the UNSW High Voltage network and formed the vital link between the UNSW network and the Ausgrid network.

66kV 630sqmm CU 1C XLPE 31.5kA/1sec Cable

ACES has designed a 66kV 630mm2 Cu Single Core XLPE with copper screen, radial and longitudinal water blocking and an extra heavy duty sheath as part of a new 66kV high voltage customer augmentation project. ACES undertook the design of the cable and the permissible current carrying capacity to determine the power delivery capacity of the system. The cable delivery is expected to be completed in January 2013 with the system expected to be energized in February.
